Check-in hours

🇬🇧 In order to confirm your participation and presence in Soul on Pole 2024 you have to check-in at the venue. During check-in our staff will ask you to complete your documentation as described in the welcome plan. A failure in compliance or missing documents may result in penalties or even the complete exclusion of participation.

Please don’t be afraid, it is not our intention to be overly strict or harsh. As long as you don’t arrive LAST MINUTE, our staff will always try to make its best to assist you with any difficulties. In order to make sure Soul on Pole is a a well organized and serious competition, it is necessary to make clear that even in a purely artistic competition such as ours there are rules that have to be respected. Please read the documentation before asking for help.

Check-in hours at the venue are the following:

Friday 26th of April	10:30 – 14:00
Saturday 27th of April	8:30 – 14:00
Sunday 28th of April	8:30 – 14:00

Stage rehersals

It is possible to test the stage and installed gear if you asked for a stage rehersal slot and were assigned one. You can download the timetable below:

Orari per il check-in

🇮🇹 Per confermare la tua partecipazione e presenza a Soul on Pole 2024 devi effettuare il check-in presso il luogo dell’evento. Durante il check-in, il nostro personale ti chiederà di completare la documentazione come descritto nel piano di benvenuto. Una mancanza di conformità o documenti mancanti potrebbe comportare penalità o addirittura l’esclusione completa dalla partecipazione.

Ti preghiamo di non preoccuparti, non è nostra intenzione essere eccessivamente rigorosi o severi. Finché non arrivi all’ULTIMO MINUTO, il nostro staff cercherà sempre di fare del suo meglio per assisterti in caso di difficoltà. Per garantire che Soul on Pole sia una competizione ben organizzata e seria, è necessario chiarire che anche in una competizione puramente artistica come la nostra ci sono regole che devono essere rispettate. Per favore leggete la documentazione prima di chiedere aiuto.

Venerdì 26 aprile 2024	10:30 – 14:00
