Check-in times

• Fri 10/04: 10:00–13:00, 14:00–17:00
• Sat 11/04: 08:00–13:00, 14:00–17:00
• Sun 12/04: 08:00–13:00

Stage rehearsal (by booking only — email by 08/04/2026)
Book via  info@soulonpole.com 

• Pole: Fri from 11:00: 2 minutes per athlete
• Aerial: Sat from 20:00: 1 minute per athlete (no apparatus)

Documents required at check-in

Athletes:

• EPS membership / insurance proof
• Medical certificate
• QR / barcode received by email with registration

Coaches:

• QR / barcode received by email with registration

Props (backstage):

• If you are not an athlete or coach, you must have a valid entry ticket to attend the show.

For spectators 🎟️✨

Soul on Pole & Aerial 2026 is open to the public

• Fri 10/04: 14:00–18:30
• Sat 11/04: 08:30–20:30
• Sun 12/04: 08:30–20:00

Important note about props (hybrid access) props can access backstage only after registration, but to watch the show they still need a regular entry ticket.

• QR / barcode ricevuto via mail con l’iscrizione

Coach:

• QR / barcode ricevuto via mail all’iscrizione

Comparse (backstage):

• Se non sono atleti o coach, per assistere allo spettacolo devono avere un biglietto d’ingresso valido.
